When you are looking for advice from someone who has experienced something similar to you, you seek out people who share your interests and deserve your trust.

Here are a few comments to share with you…

Thank you for everyone who cared for my aunt. Even though she was very difficult at times you showed her much compassion and love. I was so impressed by your respect you showed her as she was failing. You helped her keep her dignity to the end.

I also want to thank you for everything you did for my sister and myself as we sat with her. Thank you for the coffee, meals, tea and cookies. Thank you also for the concerns for our comfort. Heritage Crossings is a caring place and we won't forget your kindness.
We are so thankful that mom was able to live in such a wonderful facility. Of course we would have rather had her live at home with dad, but that wasn't possible. The care she got is really appreciated and we know that she was aware of the high quality as well. The close connection of staff with mom was obvious. We can't thank all of you at Heritage Crossings enough.

We were very appreciative of all the help Karen and Annette gave us during the memorial. It was so nice not to have to worry about the logistics and just be able to concentrate on those who attended for mom. And Karen even had "historic" photos of mom for us. Wow.

Again, thanks for everything. We will forever be in your debt.
I have been looking for the right words to express how blessed our family was to have found such a wonderful facility to entrust our father and grandfather's daily care to. He may have wanted to go back home, especially in the earlier years, but he never once complained to me about the care he received at Heritage.

He enjoyed kidding around with all the staff, as I know they did with him. Many times I was touched that someone would be walking down the hall and see dad sitting in his chair with Molly, and they would come in and say "Hi" to Molly, that would make him smile. All of you knew how special Molly was to him.

I know that he had days that he could be pretty stubborn. I appreciate all the efforts you took to get him back into good spirits. The discussions about Molly, the grandchildren, and the promise of chili soup at the next meal! You knew the right buttons to push.

You became another family for dad, more so than us, as you were caring for him every day. I know that I only knew a handful of his caregivers, as I tended to come about the same time every day that I visited, so I can't say thank you enough to ALL of you at Heritage Crossings. I will keep so many wonderful memories of dad, and the great things you did with and for him in my heart.

Also, thank you for all the support and comfort you gave us in his final days. I appreciate all the love and concern shown to him in the last days. I don't know how you go through this time after time. You are special people.

God's Blessings to you all
Thank you so much for all you done for dad these past eight years. Our family appreciates your dedication in making his life enjoyable at a time when he could not do it for himself. You will not be forgotten.
I really enjoyed my stay at Heritage Crossings, even if it was short term to recover from heart surgery. Heritage Crossings gives "excellent health care" a whole new meaning. Heritage Crossings could put a 5 Star hotel to shame. All of the staff here are friendly and helpful, just like being with your own family. When in the future I might need assisted living or skilled nursing, Heritage Crossings will be my first choice. I would absolutely recommend Heritage Crossings to anyone needing rehabilitation or long term nursing care.

Stephanie & Staff,
Thank you so much for hosting the Salad Luncheon on May 13th. It was wonderful as always. Lori and her staff do a fantastic job with preparation of the food—it was delicious. I heard so many great comments about the luncheon & the facility. You ALL do a fabulous job and make me very happy to have my mom living in the midst of so many caring people. Keep up the great work that you do!
I arrived in Heritage on June 5, 2014 amidst smiles and caring people. My stay here has been most pleasant and I actually hate to leave. The meals are great (even had pancakes). The care is outstanding, prompt and courteous. I thank all of the staff for their care they gave me.
