Working here has been probably the best place I’ve worked for. We have had some trials, but we always are staying true to our mission: Dignity In Life. That means the world to me to have that represent the kind of work I do. I am given the best opportunity to make more of my work and enjoy the company of both the staff and residents. I think that makes it unusual because I have never had that in any job/ workplace before.
Our home office is great about replacing things. They want us to have a clean and a safe environment for staff and residents even if we are in a budget cuts I think that’s awesome. That tells you that they care.
